La Cámara de Comercio de Córdoba, a través de un informe elaborado por la Cámara de Corredores Inmobiliarios de la Provincia de Córdoba (CACIC), da a conocer los datos más relevantes de ese mercado, actualizados a enero de 2019.
En el relevamiento se tomaron en cuenta aquellos inmuebles que poseen un dormitorio, living comedor, cocina, baño, balcón, 40 m2 propios – 50 m2 totales; no más de 4 años de antigüedad, calidad estándar, sin amenities, en excelente estado y ubicados en un cuarto a sexto piso. En cuanto a aquellos de dos dormitorios, se comprendieron características similares aunque con dos baños y 60 m2 propios – 80 m2 totales.

Basados en estos parámetros, los datos reflejan que el valor del metro cuadrado (m2) en departamentos de un dormitorio ronda los $70.375 en la zona céntrica, $80.000 en Nueva Córdoba y $74.125 en barrio General Paz; mientras que en el caso de dos dormitorios el precio del m2 se ubica en $68.416, $88.000 y $78.250 respectivamente. Con relación a los dúplex, el valor de venta del m2 se estima en u$s1.200 en Zona Norte y u$s 1.285 en Zona Sur (incluye semi cubiertos).

En cuanto a los alquileres, Alejandro García Sagués, representante de CACIC, mencionó: “El incremento ronda el 15% en relación al mismo mes del año anterior”.
En este caso, tomando como referencia los departamentos con características mencionadas anteriormente, el precio de los que poseen un dormitorio (con gastos comunes de $2.500) se acerca a los $8.000 en el centro, $9.750 en Nueva Córdoba y $8.300 en barrio General Paz; mientras que los de dos dormitorios (con gastos comunes de $4.000) ascienden a $10.000, $14.500 y $12.500 respectivamente.
