En la actualidad las empresas se reinventan todo el tiempo y la innovación y el diseño son dos herramientas poderosas que permiten adaptarse a los cambios permanentes del contexto actual.
En esta línea, la Agencia para el Desarrollo Económico de la Ciudad de Córdoba, ADEC, diseñó y ejecutó el proyecto Laboratorios de Innovación y Diseño, que se enmarcó en su Programa Córdoba CiudaDiseño y que contó con el cofinanciamiento de la Agencia Córdoba Innovar y Emprender de la Provincia de Córdoba.
Al respecto, el Vicepresidente Primero de ADEC, Ricardo Occhipinti indicó: “El proyecto nació con el objetivo de conformar espacios de experimentación que permitieran propiciar la construcción de redes y ecosistemas de innovación con capacidad de identificar mecanismos y herramientas factibles de ser utilizadas por las PyMEs”.
A su tiempo, el Presidente de la Agencia Córdoba Innovar y Emprender de la Provincia de Córdoba, Mario Cúneo, manifestó: “Nos resulta muy interesante que ADEC haya interpretado lo que sentimos y pensamos cuando creamos Córdoba Vincula, la Convocatoria que cofinanció el Proyecto”.
Con la finalidad de implementar los laboratorios de innovación y diseño, se convocó a PyMEs cordobesas con inquietud por la innovación y por generar valor en sus productos/servicios para volverse más competitivas; con la necesidad de apoyo para concretar esa iniciativa.
De las empresas que se postularon, se seleccionaron 15 para formar parte de los laboratorios.
Se trabajó con las empresas empleando la metodología Design Thinking y a través de talleres -que contaron con la presencia de reconocidos expertos en diferentes temáticas- se brindaron procedimientos, metodologías de trabajo y herramientas concretas para mejorar las capacidades de innovación y diseño de las empresas.
“Como parte del proceso, cada empresa participante generó intercambios con las otras PyMEs y se apropió de conocimientos y herramientas para transferir a su organización.
Contamos con una participación en promedio de dos integrantes por cada empresa y observamos que se fue dando un proceso de innovación abierta en las micro y pequeñas empresas en el marco de los laboratorios”, expresó Occhipinti.
Al interior de los talleres, se conformaron tres laboratorios como espacios experimentales, multidisciplinares, creativos para aprender, conectar y compartir conocimientos y experiencias.
A través del recorrido propuesto los laboratorios pudieron desarrollar proyectos de innovación y diseño en los que se integraron los intereses y habilidades de las diferentes PyMEs.
Los proyectos que surgieron de los tres laboratorios consistieron en:
ENHANCER. Plataforma virtual de información de contexto en tiempo real”; “VR-Rehab. Sistema con realidad aumentada para rehabilitación” y “MEETING CONECTION. Aplicación para mitigar/impedir uso de celulares en cines y teatros.
La experiencia fue enriquecedora para las empresas participantes. “Aprendí que la innovación se implementa en muchas áreas de una empresa”, expresó Federico Assandri, a lo que Sebastián Torres agregó: “Creo que es muy factible aplicar este formato de laboratorio dentro de la organización”.
